A four-day workshop at Auroville (a universal city in south-India based on the vision of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother) was focused on understanding bamboo as a material. To understand that, students were given exercise to make chair out of bamboo, which gave them the opportunity to understand the flexibility of bamboo as a material and also they learned new joineries.
